Welcome to Teamifyr, a product of Teamify Global, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service platform, including all associated services, applications, APIs, websites, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using Teamifyr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring charges unless canceled. Charges are non-refundable and subject to change with notice.
We do not offer refunds for any subscription tier or feature. All sales are final.
No refunds will be given for unused time, accidental charges, or dissatisfaction. Exceptions may only be granted in our sole discretion.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
AI tools may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content. Use discretion and verify all outputs. Teamifyr assumes no liability for AI-generated content.
We do not collect biometric, health, political, or sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily submit it as part of your use.
We integrate with tools like Stripe, Paddle, and certain AI APIs. While we select partners with high privacy standards, their services are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party tools.
All Teamifyr branding, code, content, and platform features are owned by Teamify Global, Inc. You may not reuse or copy our assets without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or profit loss. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
You are responsible for compliance with your country’s laws. VAT or GST may apply. If Paddle is the Merchant of Record, they handle global tax compliance on our behalf.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates. We will notify users of material changes.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Teamifyr and supersede all previous understandings.
Your prompts, documents, transcripts, and AI inputs are never shared with third-party AI providers or used to train public or external AI models.
AI processing is performed in secure, isolated sessions. Data is only retained as needed to provide the requested feature or as stored in your account. Teamifyr does not use your content for model retraining or improvement outside your own workspace.
We use trusted AI infrastructure providers with encrypted transmission and strict data processing agreements. No customer content is used to improve external AI services.
Your AI data and activity are never used to enhance AI responses for other customers. There is no shared or global model learning using your data.
We do not mine, monetize, or profile your data for advertising, analytics resale, or third-party marketing purposes.
Only authorized personnel may access your data for technical support, and only with your explicit permission or where required by law.
